Fast Clip and Traklok II Clipper/De-Clipper – FP-164

The Fast Clip and Traklok II Clipper/De-Clipper installs and removes Pandrol Fast Clips on concrete sleepers and Traklok clips on steel sleepers and can be used on rail sizes from 30kg/m to 68kg/m rail with Fastclip on concrete sleepers and Trak-Lok clips on steel sleepers.

The FP-164 work head removes and installs Fastclip and Traklok clips using hydraulic force rather than operator exertion. This significantly improves efficiency and eliminates manual handling hazards associated with installing and removing Fastclip and Trak-Lok clips.

With the floating jaws producing 4 tonnes of force even painted or galvanised clips are easily inserted. Working on both sides of the rail simultaneously, the FP-164 clips/unclips a sleeper in 3 seconds.

The clipper comes complete with a power pack, rail trolley with tool tray and a set of Fast Clip clipping and unclipping jaws. Honda Petrol or Yanmar Diesel engines are available, and a night light option is offered with all electric start machines.
