The FP-112-GP Grease Pump is a lightweight, portable and convenient piece of railway maintenance machinery which provides a safe and robust method for the transfer of grease. The grease pump mounts to standard 20kg grease drums making it an ideal choice for bulk grease transfer.
The small petrol-powered engine provides ample power to drive the grease pump mechanism, through a belt-drive system and reduction gearbox. The engine also incorporates a centrifugal clutch, which stops the flow of grease in the start/idle position reducing the risk of accidents and injury.
Time is saved with the use of the small engine, as its four-stroke combustion cycle does not necessitate the pre-mixture of fuel and oil as is the case with conventional two-stroke engines of similar displacement
